Lighting show on Chanhe River and Bahe River in Xi’an

Project Information

There is saying that “Eight rivers around Chang 'an”; Chanhe River and Bahe River are the most famous two rivers in the Eight Rivers. Located at the edge of city center for a long time, both Chanhe River and Bahe River are not only Xi'an’s beautiful scenery line but also the abundant water source. With the led landscape lighting and shadow variations of “Spirit of Water”, “Shadow of Light” and “Soul of City”, the modern buildings along the river show images of "Dragon Flying in Sky”, “Volcano and Ocean” and “Freehand Landscape”, showing the themes that ancient capital Xi’an remains true to its original aspiration as well as Silk Road, ocean and landscape, etc.

The project adopts 400,000 EXC-P41 LED dot lights, RGBW 4+2, 8 points per meter and profile installation. The control system adopts EXC-LED 4G wireless private network. The project was completed in December 2017.The brilliant light show of buildings on the other side of Bahe River, Xi’an and dazzling lights and shadows reflected on river surface form a beautiful picture with symmetrical water and banks ... Light and shadows on Chanhe River and Bahe River become the new business card for Xi’an, an ancient capital of 13 dynasties.
